 Towards this end, GRB Travels may take various steps to verify and confirm the authenticity, enforceability and validity of orders placed by you.

Refund Policy

 If GRB Travels, in its sole and exclusive discretion, concludes that the said orders are not or do not reasonably appear to be, authentic, enforceable or valid, then GRB Travels may cancel the said orders at any time up to 5 hours before the scheduled time of departure of the relevant flight or 5 hours before the expected date of visit to any property booked through GRB Travels.

   

 By making payment for our service, you agree to abide by terms and conditions as set out here. Once the visa process is started, if for any reason the client does not process further, the remaining amount will be refunded within 72 hours after deducting the service charge.

   

 If the flight or hotel booking is cancelled due to any reason, the client will get the amount after the money is received from the hotel or airlines. A small service charged will be deducted.

   

 GRB Travels will not be held responsible for costs incurred due to a delay in the visa process due to circumstances outside of our control.
